A qualified estate planning specialist at Aiker Legal reviews your answers, checks for anything unusual and prepares your documents, tailored to your circumstances under the law of England and Wales.
3. Check and approve
At your own pace
We send your draft documents for you to read through. If anything needs to change, we amend them at no extra cost until you are happy and ready to sign.
4. Sign and store correctly
15 to 20 minutes
We send clear, step by step witnessing guidance so your documents are signed correctly and remain valid. Once signed, we can arrange secure storage so your family always knows where to find them.
